Posting a Gig
Create a task, review work, handle disputes.
How to create a gig
- 1
Tap + Post a Gig
From the center tab or the Drawer.
- 2
Describe the job
Be specific, workers decide to accept based on what you write.
- 3
Set the payment
Pick the network (Solana, Base or Celo) and enter the amount in USDC. The equivalent in your local currency is shown for reference.
- 4
Review your draft
Your gig saves as a draft first, check title, description, location, and payment before publishing.
- 5
Publish + fund the escrow
Tap Publish to lock payment on-chain. You'll approve the transaction in your wallet.
Your wallet needs the gig amount in USDC plus a tiny network fee (usually under a cent), paid in the network's native token.
- 6
Wait for a worker to accept
Your gig is now live. Workers in your area will see it in the feed.
Tips for setting a fair price
- 1
Research similar gigs
Browse the feed to see what others charge for similar work.
- 2
Account for time and skill
A 2-hour errand should pay more than a 30-minute task. Skilled work commands higher rates.
- 3
Be specific in your description
Clear gigs attract better workers and reduce disputes later.
Approving completed work
- 1
You'll get a notification on submission
Open the gig to review the submitted proof.
- 2
Review carefully
Make sure the work matches what was agreed in the description.
- 3
Tap Approve
Your wallet signs the release transaction. Payment goes to the worker instantly.
How to raise a dispute
- 1
Tap Dispute on the gig screen
Available after the worker submits proof.
- 2
Describe the issue
Explain what was missing or done incorrectly.
- 3
Wait for resolution
Tenda reviews both sides and decides. Payment stays in escrow until then.
Tip: A specific, detailed gig description makes disputes easier to resolve in your favour.
